Just open the Zip Archive attached to this Download and follow the readme step by step. Real License Plate Text Mod is working with LSPDFR too! So your License Plate Check will display something like ' M YN72'. It's working with Random Letters, this means there aren't fixed textures on the plates but letters which are generated by the game which means that it works perfectly with LSPDFR!
